Capital pathways

Flexible capital requires disciplined screening.

Equity and non-coded lending can support transactions that do not fit standard lending criteria, but they require clear purpose, documented commercial rationale, strong risk controls and a credible exit.

EQ

Equity investment

Selective participation in commercial opportunities, property-backed transactions or growth scenarios where interests can be aligned through due diligence, governance and agreed return profile.

  • Project or business growth capital.
  • Joint venture or sponsor contribution support.
  • Structured equity or preferred equity style opportunities where suitable.
NC

Non-coded lending

Commercial, business-purpose lending pathways that may sit outside standard consumer lending parameters when legally appropriate and verified. Every scenario requires careful review of loan purpose and borrower circumstances.

  • Business-purpose bridging and short-term funding.
  • Commercial property, development or asset-backed scenarios.
  • Facilities requiring practical assessment beyond standard bank policy.
